Pam was great host from start to finish. She responded almost immediately, was super helpful and so friendly. The house was exactly as described and everything you need was there to make our stay as homely as possible with 2 small children. Thank you Pam!

My team had a great stay and couldn’t fault the accommodation. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything they needed during their visit. The location was ideal and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, with clear instructions and quick responses. We’d be very happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

We have had a great week staying at Pam’s house. Nice place to relax at in the evenings after a long day’s work. Some lovely pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Pam, is an amazing host. She held my reservation for 2 days knowing how much I wanted to stay at her home for a speacil occasion. This highlighted her strong skill set as a host knowing how to match and go above and beyond for my needs. Pam is very friendly and checked if I was comfortable and If I needed anything. Her home is clean, bright and spacious. Fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed and is close by to public transportation. Très bon séjour à Londres dans l’appartement de Pam qui était parfait pour nous accueillir ! Idéalement situé, à 15 min à pied de la gare St Pancreas dans un joli quartier avec des petits restaurants, coffee shops et pubs. Les chambres étaient très propres, tout était fonctionnel !

My family and I, 12 of us in all, five adults and seven children, recently spent a week close to London. Pam‘s house was perfect for our stay. It was so close to the train station and a corner store just half a block away for anything we needed in a hurry. The women at the train station were so helpful and patient with us. Pam took great care of us, answering all of our questions, and was helpful in making suggestions about different things. She always responded very quickly any time we contacted her. She even offered to be available for a grocery delivery before our arrival. Something I never would have asked of her! The beds were super comfortable, there was plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen worked great for us. We were able to travel anywhere we wanted to go for the day by train from the Waltham Cross station. We spent time in London, Cambridge, and took the train to Paris as well. Thank you Pam for making the housing part of our trip stress-free.
